Nord Builders provides:

Custom premium wood constructions (cabins, pavilions, sheds, garages, sauna cabins, pet shelters, furniture)
Digital DIY plans for self-build projects
Consultation and quotes via WhatsApp

Quotes and orders

All quotes provided are estimates valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
Final pricing depends on materials, customization, location, and delivery
Orders are confirmed only after written agreement (email, WhatsApp message, or signed contract)
Deposits may be required for custom builds

Digital plans

Digital plans (DIY blueprints) are sold via Lemon Squeezy checkout
Once delivered, digital plans are non-refundable due to their digital nature
Plans are licensed for personal use only — redistribution is prohibited
Technical support for plans is offered via WhatsApp

Custom builds

Build timelines depend on complexity, season, and material availability
We use sustainably sourced wood from Maramureș region
Warranty terms vary by product type and are documented separately for each project
Site preparation, permits, and utility connections are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POLIANSKE DEREVO S.R.L. (trading as Nord Builders) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site (text, images, designs, logos, plans) is the property of POLIANSKE DEREVO S.R.L. (trading as Nord Builders) or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Maramureș, România.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
