Ordering and quotes
How do I start a project?
Write us on WhatsApp with a brief: what you want, rough size, location, and timeline. We reply within hours on workdays with clarifying questions and a rough estimate.
How long from first contact to delivery?
It depends. Pet shelters ship in 3 to 4 weeks. A custom A-Frame cabin takes 8 to 16 weeks. Complex builds with design revisions take longer. We give a realistic timeline with every quote.
Is the first quote free?
Yes. Initial estimates cost nothing and come with no obligation. Detailed quotes follow a site visit or design call.
Customization
Can I change dimensions or finishes?
Most products can be customized in size, wood type, stain, and interior layout. Send us what you need and we confirm what is possible before quoting.
Do you design from scratch?
For larger projects, yes. We collaborate on drawings and revisions before quoting. For smaller items, we adapt existing designs to your site.
Shipping and installation
Do you deliver across the EU?
Yes. We have shipped to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Austria, and other EU countries. Delivery cost depends on distance and size.
Who handles the foundation?
You or your local contractor. We specify exactly what the foundation should look like in your quote and can advise, but we do not pour concrete.
Do you install on site?
For larger builds, yes. Our team travels for installation of cabins, pavilions, and saunas. Smaller items arrive ready to use or for self-assembly.
Wood and quality
What wood do you use?
Primarily spruce and pine from sustainably managed forests in Maramureș. For specific products, we also work with oak and larch.
How is the wood treated?
All exposed wood gets a two-coat exterior finish rated for outdoor use. Interior surfaces are oiled or varnished depending on the piece.
What warranty do you offer?
Two years on structural integrity for all custom builds. Specific warranty terms are documented in each project quote.
Digital plans
What format are the plans?
Downloadable PDF with full dimensioned drawings, a materials list, a cut list, and step-by-step instructions.
Can I get support while building?
Yes, via WhatsApp. Plan buyers get direct technical support for any construction questions.
Are plans refundable?
Digital plans are not refundable once downloaded, due to their digital nature.
How you pay
How do I pay?
Custom builds: bank transfer with a deposit, stage payments, and the balance on delivery. DIY plans: card or bank transfer via secure online checkout.
Can I pay in installments?
For custom builds, yes. Our standard schedule is 30% deposit, 40% at mid-build, and 30% on delivery.
